Cancellations: 12-24 hours notice 80% cancellation fee. Under 12 hours notice (if I have a waitlist I will try to fill your spot, no guarantees) 100% of your treatment price is required to cover the booking.
No future bookings can be made until the fee is paid.
No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment a 100% no show fee is required.

Late Arrivals: If you are running late, an sms with details is appreciated. I will then carry out the treatment to the end of the appointment time as booked. If there is time after your appointment available I can extend it to make up time but you will be charged for the extra time.
