DEPOSITS
To secure your appointment we require $150 deposit (non-refundable and deducted from your treatment payment) which will be used to cover any cancellations less than 72 hours. To reschedule, another deposit will be required.
RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 72 hours is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Less than this will result in a loss of deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
NO SHOWS
No shows will lose their deposit. To rebook a new deposit is required.

Please read the other BROW SPMU pages to make sure that you follow correct pre-care and are aware of your possible contraindications. Booking an appointment that you are unable to have should you arrive with a contraindication will result in loss of deposit and a new one will be required to rebook.
You must inform us if you have previous tattoo in the skin from another artist as we may not be able to correct or cover up due to too much pigment in the skin. It may require a series of removal sessions to lighten beforehand (we may be able to recommend what and where). Failure to inform us and arriving for a booked appointment will result in loss of deposit. A new deposit will be required to re-book in the future.
